Aspen Pets Rocks!

All Gary wanted was some advice on how to fix an Aspen Pet leash he bought through PetSmart.  Karen, of Aspen Pets, decided to do him one better.  Within minutes after receiving Gary's question via a contact form, she responded.  And, three days later, a replacement leash showed up at Gary's doorstep.

Just last week, our Week In Review panel took on the task of reviewing Contact Us forms that are present on many company web sites. While the feedback was critical in nature, it's still a "must hear" for company exec who wants to know how they can improve their contact forms...straight from the consumer's mouth.
