Apple Makes Purchasing Online Easy

So to summarized, it was easy to set up, the computer comes exactly as you order, you receive a discount and they identify what you really need instead of selling you the most expensive item they carry. The principles of Customer Service are all met! Give the customer what he wants, show the customer what he needs, and give him extreme value! I was loyal before, but now I will never enter a Windows World. By the way, the stock has been great in my portfolio!

A Simple Thanks To Amazon

Victoria Secret Exchange Done Right

PlanetFeedback letter writer Miki ordered a pair of shoes from Victoria Secret.  When the shoes arrived, they were of different sizes.  Miki jumped on the phone to get this fixed and, surprise surprise, they did so immediately with no fuss or muss.

"Although this started with an error, I was very pleased by the way this transaction was handled. Believe it or not, I had this happen with another merchant, and they handled it horribly. I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of me!"

Hitting The Target At Target

PFB user Naomi has nothing but raves for her local Super-Target.  She particularly liked the "hands on" approach of the manager on duty.

The very first time we shopped at the Super Target in our town, as we were going to check out, a manager came right up to us and directed us to a checkout stand that had just checked out their last customer; we didn't have to search for the shortest line, and we got faster service!
