Toshiba Fixes The HDD

Had a minor problem with my HDD in my laptop and even through the laptop was out of warranty by a couple of days, Toshiba said they would replace it. I have always enjoyed their Notebook products.

Now that is Customer Service! Pleasant! Efficient! and they stand 100% behind their products!!!! Bravo QVC! and thank you!


Kudos To Employees At US Airways

Despite the circumstances surrounding the delays, the attendants' abilities to reach the passengers on this level instilled in them a sense of confidence in the airline and its services.

PlanetFeedback letter writer Rosanna wanted some information about a package delivery.  She thought it would be an exercise in futility.  Boy, she was wrong!

We do appreciate the service that we received from Mary Ann and Jackie so much. They conveyed genuine concern for our situation and were so very helpful. When I called, I have to admint I expected to be treated like a number, but they both provided great service on a personal level.

I will certainly choose FedEx above the rest for future shipping needs.
