The harddrive on Susan's Hewlett Packard failed. Being Sunday afternoon, she was expecting the worst in customer service. Instead, she got the best.
"Imagine my surprise and delight when I was not only connected instantly, but to a rep that spoke perfect english! It being a Sunday afternoon I was expecting the worst. My issue was handled quickly and a new hard drive shipped out to me. The entire phone call took less than 20 minutes! Three cheers for HP, who hasn't forgotten what good customer service is all about!"
