Even though he assured me that if I needed anythng anyone could help me, I will probably always ask for him when I go in. Its not often that I have that great of an experience in a store like this one and leave with the full knowledge of what my new electronic device is capable of."

Elwood found out the easy way that the Geek Squad at Best Buy is useful to have around.  He brought in his one month old computer to have a software problem fixed and Geeker Renea took care of it in five minutes.

Whitney is "out of proportion" but that didnt stop the sales girl from giving her a hand.  She was able to steer Whitney toward the kind of jeans that would fit.  Plus, it didn't hurt that Whitney ended up getting a great price for her purchase!

While at the checkout register, Jennifer decided she wanted more bottles of water.

Fannie, the checker, asked how many.  Not only did she ring up the amount Jennifer said without question, she had the bagger run back and get the extra bottles for her.
