At PlanetFeedback, we're all about feedback.  And we especially enjoy praising companies that respond to feedback.

So we've created this site to celebrate those companies who demonstrate, through words and action, that they value feedback from their customers.  We're going to highlight responses received through PlanetFeedback.com, responses sent to us directly and any efforts we see in the marketplace which signals a sincere effort to respond to the customer.

We've set up a list of company blogs on our side bar.  If your company has a blog which deals directly with customer issues, let us know and we'll add it to our list.

As we've noted in our Consumer Manifesto since day one, at PlanetFeedback we're committed to helping "consumers reward companies that serve them best." Yes, we enable critical feedback, but we're equally commited to shining light on the so-called "Service Heroes" and over-achievers. We also recognize that sometimes companies and brands need a little validation to start moving in the right direction.

MuchasGracias is all about saying thank you! If a consumer writes an amazing rave on PlanetFeedback about a company, brand, or service, we'll call it out! If a company reaches out to us to facilitate the feedback process on our site, we'll step up to the plate and call it out! If one of our active community members "seconds the emotion" on a positive lettter about a company, we'll fast-forward it to this forum. Moreover, if we see spot extra service attention in your call-center, contact us form, website, or corporate blog, we'll trumpet it loudly.
