Frigidaire Comes Through

Michael was unhappy with the small dents in the door of his brand new Frigidaire dishwasher.  One email letter later, he is now the proud recipient of a new door for his dishwasher, courtesy of the fine folks who make Frigidaire products.  Great job, guys!

A Talledega Nights Thank You to AT&T

Consumers can be pretty unforgiving of telephone companies, but this particular consumers is extremely happy with AT&T over a service and a debit card program.  

"AT&T sent me a form to get a $50 debit card for signing up. I recieved it last week and thought that it was a very nice gesture for thanking customers. I used the money to go and see Talladega Nights this weekend."

Carnival of Thanks

Carnival Cruise Lines is going the distance to help us know they are being responsive to their consumers that that provide them with feedback. So much so they are copying PlanetFeedback on letters. Thanks, Carnival!

I just received this in my email (click on the picture to enlarge). 

Dell has created a new blog that seeks to open up the lines of communication with its users. I don't know if this email I received touting the fact they're "listening" is any indication of a new focus on customer input however it looks like a great start!
