Josie was particularly impressive, by going above and beyond what I could have expected of someone performing as a rental associate with the objective to rent cars that generate the largest possible margin, while servicing me, someone who only needed the smallest and cheapest available car for just one day. Josie even called me on the telephone later in the day to ensure everything was Ok with the service I received and the car I rented.

Toshiba Fixes The HDD

Had a minor problem with my HDD in my laptop and even through the laptop was out of warranty by a couple of days, Toshiba said they would replace it. I have always enjoyed their Notebook products.
