Discover Card Brings The 411

Cynthia asked for reconsideration when she was originally denied a Discover card.  Unfortunately, she didn't get it however what she did get was a full explanation why her request was denied AND some helpful hints on how she can position herself in the future for acceptance.  Cynthia was pleased with being treated like a human being instead of a number and let the world know.

Netflix Delivers The Responses

Netflix consistently demonstrates the value they place on feedback received through PlanetFeedback by sending copies of their responses to us.

No Complaints For Kohl's

Rita admits she complains from time to time however she can't find anything to complain about with Kohl's Department Stores.  She likes EVERYTHING about their stores...
