Sounds to us like Sidney has had it up to here with Subway. She complains through PlanetFeedback that Subway sandwiches she purchases bear little to no resemblance to the ones she sees on the television. And she doesn't like it.
She has a point. Sort of. The commercial is designed to get us into their store to purchase THAT particular sandwich but it's really folly to think that you're going to get a sub that looks EXACTLY like the professionally arranged sandwich. What was most interesting thing about Sidney's complaint, however, was the point made by one PlanetFeedback commenter who used to work at Subway.
"I used to work at Subway. ): The reason the sandwiches [on the commercial] look so big and packed is because they set the meat on top of all the greens and such. When they are made, it is opposite, the meat going on the bottom."
Hmmmm..... interesting. We wonder if that really would make a difference. So there's an idea for you ~ next time you go to Subway, ask if they'll put the meat on last. And then let us know if it looks like the one in the ad.
